The CF64 Winter Race is a 6.4 mile/10.2 km mixed-terrain race taking part within Cosmeston Lakes Country Park, Penarth. This year's edition goes down as the 'Frosty one', with frozen, testing underfoot conditions - no soft, cushioning mud to be seen!
This race always sells out and there's a good reason for that: Penarth and Dinas do a superb job of putting on the event, marshalling, time-keeping etc. and the course really is a winter cracker.
