12th March saw the opening of the 2023 multi-sport season for many of the White Rock club. It's the first time we'd included the Wildflower event in our club champs, and after a week which included snow and inclement weather, we were all lucky to enjoy a clear Sunday near Carmarthen.
8 WR3 members took part in the event which will be remembered for the hilly bike course and the 5km runs which were both significantly longer than 5km!
Overall, a super course and a solid early season test for the winter legs. Congratulations team 'green and black'.
