White Rock Triathletes are based in Cardiff, South Wales, and are affiliated to Welsh Triathlon. We welcome people of all ages and abilities, from those just starting out in the sport, to those who have been doing it decades. There is always something to learn, and always new challenges to face. Come along and give some of our sessions a go, before deciding whether to join.
Triathlon is renowned for involving lots of different kit, but all you need to get started is a pair of running shoes, a bike and some swimwear.
Wales has lots of great events and clubs from all corners of the country.
