White Rock Running is a Welsh Athletics affiliated running club based out of Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

We meet regularly around Cardiff and have a presence at local Parkruns, 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon and ultra distances all over South Wales and the UK.

White Rock is one of a number of running clubs operating in Cardiff and always looking for new members. We welcome all abilities.
